Role : As a

Creative Strategist , you will be the driving force behind innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns. You’ll blend creativity with analytical thinking to develop compelling content strategies, brand narratives, and campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategy Development : Conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Content Ideation : Develop compelling storytelling approaches for digital campaigns, social media, video, and other formats.
  • Market Research & Insights : Analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions.
  • Creative Briefing : Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for designers, copywriters, and production teams.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to bring ideas to life.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign effectiveness, leveraging data to refine and optimize creative strategies.
  • Brand Development : Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, or similar role in an agency or brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.
  • Experience working with designers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in Alcobev and FMCG.
  • Background in psychology, marketing, or communications is advantageous.
