About the RoleWe’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist who understands the pulse of recruiting and wants to move into an operations or support-driven role. You’ll be the backbone of our delivery floor — managing tools, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every recruiter has the resources and data to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support recruitment tools – ATS, job boards, and automation platforms.

Provide first-level support to recruiters on access, tool usage, and system issues.

Monitor tool usage and efficiency, helping identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist in building reports and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring data and metrics.

Train recruiters on tool updates and best practices.

Coordinate with vendors for renewals and issue escalations.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Support.

Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.) and job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed).

Strong Excel or Power BI skills for data tracking and reporting.

Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
