Job Title : Business Analyst – Insurance Domain (Forms Management)

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Duration : 6Months

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Commercial Insurance forms . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of form wording, structure, and compliance, and will act as a bridge between the business and development teams . This role involves guiding developers on form changes, configurations, and updates while ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a subject matter expert on Commercial Insurance forms and policy documents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for form updates, schedule changes, and configurations .
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of form changes.
Support testing, validation, and release of updated forms.
Ensure all changes comply with business rules and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain , preferably Commercial Insurance.

Strong understanding of forms management , wording, and regulatory compliance.

Experience working with business operations teams and IT / development teams .

Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Familiarity with policy administration systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.) is an advantage.
