Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). This role requires exceptional follow-up, coordination, and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the MD’s “professional voice” across business and personal tasks, enabling him to focus on growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, emails, and daily priorities.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between the MD and internal teams.
• Follow up on delegated tasks with strict timelines and accountability.
• Draft and review communications, letters, and official correspondence.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support presentations.
• Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
• Assist with personal tasks and coordination when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Compensation

Competitive salary range : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
