Instructional and Motion Designer (3-5 Years Experience)

Experience : 3-5 Years, B2C Product Company background preferred

Role Summary :

We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Instructional and Motion Designer to develop highly engaging, visual learning content that enhances customer adoption and proficiency with our consumer product. This role bridges instructional design, motion graphics, and product user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Motion Graphics : Design, animate, and produce compelling motion graphics (explainer videos, in-app tutorials, micro-interactions) that translate complex product features into simple, visually appealing stories.
• Instructional Content : Collaborate with Product and SME teams to storyboard, script, and structure educational content focused on maximizing user understanding and retention.
• Design Execution : Ensure all visual assets and animations are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for various digital platforms (including optimization for engineering integration, e.G., Lottie).
• Project Management : Manage content production timelines, incorporate feedback, and deliver multiple design projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
