Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site project role for a Test Manager for a large Investment Bank based in Mumbai. The Test Manager will oversee test strategy development, plan and execute test cases, manage testing processes, and ensure quality assurance. The role will involve the effective allocation of resources to execute tests, monitoring testing activities, managing risks, and providing insights to stakeholders about the quality and readiness of deliverables. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Test Manager will play a key role in delivering robust solutions in the capital markets domain.

Qualifications

• Experience in Test Management, including planning and coordinating all phases of testing to ensure deliverables meet project specifications
• Proficiency in Test Strategy development and execution, including designing test approaches to meet business and technical requirements
• Skilled in Test Execution, creating, and managing Test Cases across various environments
• Strong foundation in fundamental Testing concepts and methodologies
• Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in tools supporting testing, such as JIRA or HP ALM, is advantageous
• Masters Degree in Finance
• Experience in the capital markets or financial services domain is a must
