Manager - Financial Analytics

We are seeking a high-caliber Financial Analytics Manager to lead our financial data analytics strategy, deliver actionable business intelligence and drive strategic planning within the Finance department. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience , preferably gained within high-growth startups or core analytics companies , demonstrating deep expertise in finance, data science, and team leadership. Experience with investor reporting is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis :

• Conduct deep-dive variance and performance analysis across key financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency gains.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

1. Experience : 6-8 years of experience in Finance Analytics, FP&A, or Business Intelligence, ideally within a high-growth environment.

2. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

3. Financial Acumen : Excellent understanding of core financial metrics, accounting principles, and financial planning processes.
