Job Description

A Relationship Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing the design for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training and design discussions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing Designing Projects.

Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management.

Ensuring output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customner rating).

Training designers on technical details (wherever required).

Managing / leading design discussions.
