We're hiring an experienced Senior HR Manager for our client- a leading education institution in Hyderabad. You'll be responsible for effective workforce management, employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, and leading the HR team across various campuses.
As the Senior HR manager your responsibilities would be :
Lead end-to-end hiring across academic, admin, technical, and support roles.Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with Accounts.Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Oversee performance appraisals and drive staff development initiatives.Build talent retention and engagement programs;track attrition trends.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) and maintain accurate records.Lead the HR team, standardize policies across campuses, and deliver HR reports to management.Requirements :
6–12 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.Experience managing HR across multi-branch setups (schools / educational institutions preferred).Strong grasp of HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee relations.Ability to lead and coordinate teams across multiple campuses.Excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills.Proficient with HRIS, MS Office, and payroll systems.High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.Benefits :
