We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven LiveOps Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of LiveOps activities for our game titles, The ideal candidate understands mobile gaming trends, player behavior, LiveOps monetization strategies, and can ensure smooth execution of in-game events, seasonal content, promotions, and retention-focused experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage the LiveOps calendar (events, seasons, offers, festivals, rotating content).
- Plan & execute in-game events : start / stop scheduling, reward structure, QA coordination.
- Manage Google Play Console Promotional Content (in-app events, banners, feature cards).
- Plan required promo assets (banners, videos, UI creatives) and coordinate with Cinematics & UI teams.
- Track industry trends from global and Indian BR games; convert insights into player-focused LiveOps.
- Analyze events using dashboards to improve retention, engagement & monetization .
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Marketing & Community teams for smooth delivery.
Requirements
2–5 years experience in LiveOps / Product Operations in mobile gaming.Strong understanding of F2P mobile economy and event-driven engagement.Knowledge of Google Play Console promotional tools .Excellent coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.Experience with shooter / Battle Royale games is a plus.Why Join Us
