Investor Relations Specialist

We are hiring an Investor Relations Specialist for our Hyderabad office, with 5–10 years of experience in capital markets, roadshows, earnings calls, conferences, and investor communications.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in capital markets, financial storytelling, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for managing investor-facing communications, supporting clients with earnings announcements, and building credibility through transparent and impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute investor relations strategies for listed and soon-to-be-listed clients.

Coordinate and manage investor roadshows, analyst meets, conferences, and earnings calls.

Prepare high-quality investor communication materials including quarterly earnings releases, shareholder letters, pitch decks, and investor presentations.

Track, analyze, and communicate capital market trends, analyst reports, and shareholder feedback to clients.

Support clients in strengthening shareholder value and maintaining transparent engagement with the investment community.

Assist in creating narratives that align with financial performance, growth strategy, and ESG initiatives.

Collaborate with CXOs, finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication.

Qualifications

Academic background in CA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or CFA .

5 – 10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Financial Communications, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance.

Sound knowledge of capital markets, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.

Strong analytical ability with proven skills in financial modelling, data interpretation, and reporting.

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
