Master Industrial Engineer for QMS Deployment

Job Description :

The Sr. Solution Consultant plays a vital role in the success of our Implementation Services team.

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in Master's in Industrial Engineering and 5 years of experience deploying Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Environmental Health and Safety systems to drive project success.

You will work closely with clients and internal staff to provide product recommendations and configurations, ensuring proactive communication and managing enhancement requirements and escalations.

As a skilled consultant, you will be responsible for understanding simple to complex business requirements and designing solutions that meet those needs.

Additionally, you will drive projects to completion by anticipating client needs and ensuring alignment between internal and external teams focused on implementation.

Responsibilities :

• Provide consulting services to assigned projects as required, including product functional consulting, business process re-engineering, customization requirements, product validation and custom report analysis
• Deliver high-quality training to customers on QMS modules, leveraging your expertise and certifications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and quality standards to deliver exceptional value to both internal and external customers
• Contribute to the development of Solution Consultants through coaching and guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
