We're looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, audit coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial analysis, MIS reporting, and taxation, with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting frameworks is essential for this key role.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & Audit Coordination :

  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IGAAP and Ind AS.
  • Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely audit closures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly / quarterly / year-end financial closures.
  • Working knowledge of Consolidation of Financials

MIS & FP&A Activities :

  • Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare management presentations and financial insights for decision-making.
  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance :

  • Assist in tax audit closures, direct and indirect tax compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to authorities like RBI, MCA, etc.
  • Accounting Operations :

  • Manage accruals, advance settlements, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial data consolidation.
  • Preferred Skills & Tools :

  • Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in a corporate finance or FP&A role within a mid to large-sized organization.
