Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counselor located in Thane. The Legal Counselor will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and specializing in labor and employment law. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on legal matters, representing the organization in legal disputes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and understanding of Legal Issues
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (LLB required; LLM preferred)
