Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Publisher Onboarding Specialist. The successful candidate will assist in onboarding new publishers, guiding them through setup processes, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with AffieFly’s platform. Responsibilities include conducting platform walkthroughs, addressing technical and general inquiries, optimizing accounts for performance, and maintaining positive relationships with publishers. Additionally, the role involves supporting onboarding strategies and contributing to continual process improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and assist new publishers.
• Proficiency in account management and familiarity with affiliate or performance marketing tools.
• Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting common platform-related issues.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely onboarding success.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn about the AdTech industry and AffieFly’s solutions.
• Experience in customer success or onboarding roles is a plus, but not required.
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset to enhance publisher satisfaction and outcomes.

INTERNSHIP STIPEND WOULD BE UP TO INR 20K (DEPENDING UPON SKILLS)
