Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced to lead our growing tax team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both individual and business tax filings, as well as experience in entity formation and state compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead generation and manage to gather the tax documents for both individual (1040 / 1040NR) and business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065).
• Review and ensure accuracy of returns and associated forms including Schedules A, B, C, D, K-1s, and more.
• Guide clients through business entity formation, including LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps, ensuring proper state registration and compliance.
• Conduct detailed tax research and provide expert advice on complex tax matters affecting both individuals and businesses.
• Serve as a primary contact for high-value or complex client accounts, ensuring timely and compliant filings.
• Respond to IRS and state notices, represent clients when necessary, and facilitate quick and compliant resolutions.
• Stay current with federal and state tax laws and proactively implement updates across the team.
• Create and refine processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing training to tax team members.
• Manage workflow and ensure quality output during high-volume tax seasons, including night shifts when required.
