Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Lead Developer to drive technical excellence and align engineering outcomes with business strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guiding architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Lead and mentor a high-performing development team, promoting best practices and code quality
- Architect, design, and implement scalable applications that meet system and business requirements
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle : coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across systems and services
- Foster technical growth among junior developers through coaching and code standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, product owners, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery
