About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who can lead end-to-end marketing automation initiatives, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across SFMC modules, strong technical capability, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and campaigns.
• Develop and execute personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Social, Web).
• Work with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio , and Content Builder .
• Create dynamic, personalized email templates using AMPscript , HTML / CSS , and SSJS .
• Build SQL queries within Marketing Cloud for segmentation and data management.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other external systems.
• Manage data extensions, contact models, and subscriber lists for targeted campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align business needs with platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues, resolve technical problems, and optimize processes.
