About Us

Banzan Studios is a new-age gaming and interactive entertainment studio based in Kochi. We’re the team behind QUIX , a gamified engagement platform that blends entertainment with brand interaction, and SnackR , a content superapp for games, comics, and animations.

We collaborate with top brands, events, and businesses to create fun, immersive, and measurable engagement experiences .

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to drive partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue opportunities for QUIX and Banzan’s other businesses .

You’ll be the face of our company to potential clients, identifying prospects, pitching our offerings, managing relationships, and helping shape how brands interact through gaming and interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches for QUIX and custom projects.
  • Develop a clear understanding of client requirements and collaborate with the internal team (Product, Creative, and Tech) to translate them into solutions.
  • Track and manage leads, proposals, and deal closures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing product demos, brand meetings, and showcase events.
  • Keep an eye on market trends in gaming, marketing, and digital engagement.

Who You Are?

  • 2-3 years of minimum experience in Business Development /   Sales / Partnerships (experience in marketing, media, tech, events or gaming is a plus).
  • Extrovert and smooth conversationalist.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal. English and vernacular.
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-driven.
  • Comfortable in client-facing discussions and proactive in outreach.
  • A good team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for gaming, digital media, or brand engagement is highly valued.
  • Social Media savvy.
