Operations Lead - Endur Findur Support and DevOps

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead to oversee our India-based support and DevOps functions for Openlink Endur / Findur implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy and commodity trading domain, with hands-on experience with Openlink Endur / Findur (v14 or higher preferred).

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team responsible for day-to-day Support, DevOps, and System Monitoring, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence for clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyze recurring issues, optimize workflows, and implement automation where feasible.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and Manage Support and DevOps Teams : Oversee incident management, system health checks, and performance tuning to ensure uninterrupted client operations.
• Collaborate with Global Teams and Clients : Align operational strategies with business goals and SLAs.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Analyze recurring issues, optimize workflows, and implement automation where feasible.
• Mentor and Develop Team Members : Structured training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
• Resource Planning and Talent Pipeline Development : Manage resource planning, hiring, and talent pipeline development to support current and future project needs.
