Job descriptionBachelor degree or equivalent working experience in computer-related field or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer (latest platform version). Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification mandatory. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred. ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation Certification preferred.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, Single Sign-On technologies, SQL relational databases.
- Knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow best practices, including ITIL V3 / V4.
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
