Key roles of an Assistant Professor :

• Teaching and Instruction : Deliver lectures, conduct practical sessions, and supervise clinical skills training for medical students to enhance their understanding of the subject.
• Curriculum Development : Contribute to the creation and regular updating of the curriculum to ensure it aligns with current medical practices, research, and technology.
• Research : Engage in scientific research within the field, contributing to new discoveries and advancements, while also guiding students in their research projects.
• Assessment and Evaluation : Develop and administer exams, quizzes, and practical assessments, ensuring fair evaluation of students' understanding and skills in the subject.
• Clinical Supervision : If applicable, supervise students during their clinical rotations, ensuring they apply theoretical knowledge in real-world medical settings.
