.Net Application Support Engineer

Project description

We are looking for an Analyst Engineer to provide L2 support for .NET applications. The role focuses on debugging, issue resolution, and minor enhancements to existing applications (core development is not expected). You will work closely with client teams to ensure application stability, timely support, and high-quality service delivery. The role involves working in shifts, including early mornings and participation in an on-call roster for one week each month, with potential weekend and occasional night shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for .NET applications, including debugging, issue resolution, and minor enhancements.
• Collaborate with client teams to deliver timely and effective support services.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system stability.
• Participate in shift rotations and on-call rosters, including weekend support.
• Adhere to quality standards and audit requirements while continuously seeking improvements in support processes.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet business needs.
