Job Summary

Seeking a Salesforce Zuora CPQ platform professional with strong technical skills.
Must have 7+ years of experience in large enterprises within a global delivery model .
Methodical thinker with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Configure products and pricing in Zuora CPQ .

Handle processes related to New Sales, Amendments, and Renewals in Zuora CPQ.

Develop using Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex .

Contribute to AppExchange product development .

Work with Salesforce Service Cloud , including :

Omnichannel setup

Email-to-case

Process flows

Develop using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .

Apply REST and SOAP API integration methodologies.

MuleSoft knowledge is a plus.

Ensure ideas are communicated in user-friendly language .

Conduct unit testing and support during other testing cycles.

Follow Salesforce development standards and specifications.

Maintain ongoing technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Account Management

CPQ Domain Knowledge (CPQ Lifecycle, Products, Pricing, Approvals, Renewals, Deal Desk)

Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce and Zuora CPQ Integration

Minimum 5+ years of experience in large organizations.

Proven experience as a technical resource .

Ability to work across multiple teams :

Business stakeholders

IT & Marketing teams

Design agencies

Developers

Testers

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

Salesforce certifications are a plus.
