Job Title : Manager - Commercial (Construction)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Commercial (Construction) to lead our financial audit and advisory services for construction and general commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in US GAAP and US GAAS, coupled with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and conduct financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting and audit professionals.
• Perform independent accounting and auditing research to resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct presentation and disclosure impact analysis for financial statements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and US-based colleagues.
• Review and compile financial information for commercial construction clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit engagements while adhering to project deadlines.
• Continuously stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
