Planning Engineer (Remote – U.S. Projects)

Employment Type : Full-time | Remote (supporting U.S.-based commercial and infrastructure projects)

Our remote team collaborates closely with U.S.-based project managers and construction professionals to deliver accurate, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, and provide progress reporting to ensure successful project execution. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and site teams to track performance, manage delays, and implement recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment planning with project teams
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients
  • Support project cost and time control through Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on milestones and deliverables

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and / or MS Project
  • Experience in EPC , infrastructure , or commercial construction projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Knowledge of EVM principles (PMP or PMI-SP certification is an advantage)

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
  • 3–8 years of experience in project planning or scheduling
