Rental Verification Analyst (Property Operations – Us Process)

Location : Gurugram (In-office)

Shift : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST

Experience : 1 – 4 years

Compensation : ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We’re hiring Rental Verification Analysts to support a US-based platform that helps property managers verify tenants and prevent fraud. You’ll ensure that each rental application is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Review rental applications and attached documents.
• Verify ID, income, and rental history for accuracy.
• Coordinate with property managers or applicants to gather missing details.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and trackers.
• Follow established SOPs for underwriting and document handling.

Requirements
