Toku's Finance Analyst plays a key role in streamlining our accounts payable and payroll operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience driving automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable
• Review, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and employee expenses accurately and on time
• Ensure proper coding, documentation, and approvals for all transactions
• Reconcile AP accounts and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Payroll Processing
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including accurate accounting, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate payroll records for audit and respond timely to queries
• Compliance & Reporting
• Support audits for AP and payroll
• Timely accounting of entries to aid management reporting
• Automation & Process Improvements
• Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive tasks within AP and payroll
• Partner with internal teams to implement AI-driven improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
