As a Digital Demand Generation & Media Specialist, you are responsible for managing the Paid Ad platforms for Newfold brands, globally.

This includes Planning, Implementation, Execution, Monitoring, and Reporting of multi-channel campaigns across Search, Display, Programmatic, Native, Ad Exchanges , Social Ad Platforms and other mid-funnel and brand-led platforms.

We are looking for someone who not only excels in performance marketing, but also understands audience behavior across the mid-funnel , and can design brand-focused, demand-generating campaigns that influence perception while driving measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize mid-funnel, brand-led, and demand-generation campaigns across multiple platforms including Programmatic, Native, and Ad Exchanges.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns from planning → setup → QA → final analysis.
  • Lead Native and Programmatic campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain, DV360, etc.) with a strong understanding of audience targeting and brand goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition and brand uplift with a performance-first yet brand-conscious approach.
  • Build campaign strategies for awareness, consideration, and engagement phases of the funnel.
  • Monitor and refine campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Draft, track, and optimize digital budget allocations across mid-funnel and upper-funnel channels.
  • Conduct A / B testing to improve messaging, creatives, and user experience.
  • Deliver daily / weekly / monthly KPI reports, highlighting insights and next steps.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to ensure alignment between campaign messaging and brand positioning.
  • Stay updated on latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging ad technologies.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with specific exposure to mid-funnel and brand-led campaigns.
  • Proven experience running campaigns across :
  • Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
  • Programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
  • Ad Exchanges
  • Branding & Demand Generation
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys, mid-funnel KPIs (CTR, engagement, viewability, attention metrics), and brand lift measurement.
  • Strong executional expertise across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic platforms, and other major ad channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and eagerness to experiment across new channels.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite.
