Job Title - Web Developer PHP

Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Maintain Web Applications : Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
  • Database Management : Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Work with MySQL or other relational databases.
  • API Integration : Integrate third-party services and APIs into web applications.
  • Code Review and Optimization : Regularly review code for efficiency, performance, and security, and make necessary optimizations.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging : Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs or issues in web applications.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and content creators to ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences.
  • Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, particularly in PHP, and apply them to ongoing projects.
  • Documentation : Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all projects and codebases.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of website and application requirements to ensure robust solutions.
  • Writing high-quality, maintainable back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
  • Developing optimized backend portals with a strong focus on database management.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and code functionality.
  • Integrating and managing data storage solutions seamlessly.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers to respond to integration requests.
  • Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications for reliability and performance.
  • Continuously updating and improving application features to enhance overall performance.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
  • Design and implement database structures
  • Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards and best practices

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience : 4-15 years of professional experience in web development with a focus on PHP.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in PHP, with a strong understanding of its design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Vue.js.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and cloud services.
  • Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Knowledge of security practices in web development.
