Key Responsibilities :
Install, commission, and maintain capital equipment at customer sites (pharma and non-pharma).
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
Document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain service logs.
Collaborate with design and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Travel internationally to support export clients and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications & Skills :
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in servicing industrial machinery (preferably in pharma, packaging, or automation).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel across India and internationally.
Knowledge of export documentation and service protocols is a plus.
