Job Opportunity :
The position of General Ledger Manager involves overseeing end-to-end financial processes, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Account for all financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards (IFRS).
- Manage the complete lifecycle of financial data, from journal entries to financial statements.
- Review and approve financial reports, guaranteeing their integrity and relevance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing finances and improving overall performance.
- Lead a team of accountants / analysts in delivering high-quality financial results and services.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to resolve any issues or provide support as needed.
Essential Qualifications & Skills :
7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3+ years in a management role.In-depth knowledge of IFRS and R2R best practices.Desirable Attributes :
