Senior Data Engineer

Job Description

• Overall having experience between 6 to 10 years of experience in IT and minimum 3+ years’ experience in cloud.
• Hands on in Architecture, Design, Delivery of all aspects of Data Engineering area.
• Hands on experience in implementing data engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of Azure environment (PaaS, IaaS) and experience in working with Hybrid model
• Strong knowledge in Azure Data Bricks / Pyspark / Azure Data factory.
• Strong knowledge and experience on SQL Statements and Queries
• Experience in delivering complex ETL projects.
• Extensive database experience with a good knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing Concepts.
• Hands-on coding experience in various Azure Services
• Should have knowledge of Store Procedures, Functions, queries, Locks, Tables, Database creation, Roles.
• Strong working experience in ingesting data from various data sources and data types
• Should have development, testing and deployment knowledge, best practices and coding standards.
• Should have strong knowledge on version control and estimation techniques
• Should have strong knowledge Data Warehouse, SQL, Data Modelling
