Trainee Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re looking for enthusiastic, fluent English speakers to join our team as Trainee Sales Development Representatives . This is a perfect role for recent graduates or anyone starting a career in sales. You’ll learn how to generate leads, build relationships, and support our sales team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Please submit your CV in English.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
  • Use CRMs to track, manage and organize sales activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Fluent English speaker
  • Recent university graduate or 1-2 years’ experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • comfortable talking to new people.

  • Motivated to learn and develop in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Interest in technology and innovation
  • Any prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
