Roles & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end planning of digital transformation programs including scope definition, timeline management, milestone tracking, and resource allocation.
- Set up and maintain PMO governance including frameworks, approval flows, and program-level reporting structures.
- Drive RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and oversee Change Control processes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Prepare, maintain, and circulate project artifacts including project plans, status reports, dependency maps, dashboards, and executive review materials.
- Facilitate governance forums such as Steering Committees, Executive Review Meetings, and senior leadership presentations.
- Track financials including project budgets, forecasts, demand management, and provide insights to leadership teams.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements for digital programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across technology, business, design, testing, and external vendor teams.
- Monitor benefits realization and report progress aligned with OKRs and transformation KPIs.
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery models including PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and release coordination.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain communication across all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate program progress, identify deviations, and support corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project scope, budgets, business cases, and governance outcomes.
- Provide structure and support during testing, cutover, hypercare, and go-live phases of digital initiatives.
- Contribute to the improvement of PMO processes, tools, templates, and best practices.
