Omega Healthcare Management Services - Director - Medical Coding/Medical Billing

Job Description:

- This position plays an integral part within the Coding practice of Omega Healthcare.

- Responsible for P&L management and managing revenue and margins

- Leads the coding delivery within the delivery unit

- Will be accountable for the effective management of daily operations and delivery.

- Manage large groups of professional coders, leads and managers and oversee operational activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met.

- Primary contact for coding questions relating to Client services and Operations.

- Will be required to work closely with the sales and transition team during POCs Review reports/ dashbord and investigate errors

- Understands quality matrices and work towards continuous process improvement

- Should manage multiple tasks and create solutions from available information.

Job specifications:

- Profee Coding(CPT, ICD-10-CM) or Facility Coding (ICD-10-PCS, DRG, APC)

- CPC, COC or any coding certification

- IP DRG coding experience is a must

- Should have minimum 15 yrs Exp in medical coding

- Should possess good understanding of coding practice and continuous improvement of delivery and quality

- Should be well versed in business and financial accumen

- Should have exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills

- Should possess problem solving skills
