Design Cafe is hiring Design Manager for Navi Mumbai(Kharghar Store)

Experience - 5 to 8 years

Job Description : -

Experience : 5+ years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities : Must have managed a monthly revenue of ₹1.5 crore or more.

Team Management : Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers.

Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily.

Handle client escalations - red level

Report Directly into City Head on key metrics

De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's

Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go

Requirement : -

• Excellent Written and Verbal communication
• Require Minimum 5 + yrs of experience
• Should Have a Strong Team Management experience
• 3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects
• B.Arch / M.Arch / Bachelor / Master in interior Designing and equivalent

Technical Skills :

This role is critical in marshaling the company's central key resource - Designers and Design Partners. Handling the team well results in the organization realizing its key goals of Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction. The role is hence central to the long-term success of the organization. The person performing well here can find opportunities to grow vertically up the ladder if they are interested in business, or can potentially work on L&D or R&D projects as their next stepping stone in their career
