Key Deliverables :
- Provide 24x7 support for the company's Cloud, SaaS, ASP, and hosted solutions.
- Implement, monitor, and perform tasks on key platform solutions, ensuring smooth operations and stability.
- Lead solution deployment, technical regression testing, and post-upgrade performance validation.
- Investigate and resolve incidents related to solutions, providing OEM support and technical resolution.
Role Responsibilities :
Manage solution change processes, including deployments, patches, and upgrades.Set up monitoring and alerting systems for solutions and bureaus.Ensure incident resolution and technical support (L2, L3) for solutions.Apply ITIL standards, troubleshooting, and best practices for continuous improvement in solution operations.Skills Required
