Position : Outreach Coordinator

Location : Chennai

Reporting to :

Marketing Head / Admissions Director

Industry : Educational Institute Call Center

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Six days a week)

Salary Range : 4.5 Lacs - 5.5 Lacs per annum

Role Overview

The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for promoting VSEP’s programs across schools, coaching centres, and career events. This role involves building partnerships, conducting awareness sessions, and driving student engagement to generate admissions leads.

Key Responsibilities

School & College Engagement

Build strong relationships with school principals, counselors, and coaching centres.

Conduct presentations, workshops, and info sessions on VSEP programs.

Organize and represent VSEP at education fairs and events.

Brand & Community Building

Distribute brochures, banners, and digital collaterals to target schools.

Leverage alumni and current students for peer-led awareness activities.

Collect testimonials and case studies for marketing use.

Lead Generation & Reporting

Capture leads from outreach activities and enter them into CRM.

Coordinate with telecalling and digital marketing teams for follow-ups.

Submit weekly reports on outreach visits, leads generated, and conversion progress.

Collaboration

Work closely with digital marketing partners to sync on-ground and online campaigns.

Suggest new markets, feeder schools, and promotional opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

Graduate (MBA / Marketing or relevant preferred).

2–4 years of experience in school / college outreach, admissions counseling, or educational marketing.

Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Tamil (other South Indian languages a plus).

Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital CRM tools.

KPIs (Success Metrics)

Number of school / college tie-ups.

Leads generated per outreach activity.

Conversion ratio from outreach leads to applications / admissions.
