Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location : Mumbai, India (with relocation requirement)

Reports to : CEO & Board of Directors

Commitment : Full-time (Co-Founder Role)

We are an early-stage startup focused on Logistics & Transportation, with a mission to redefine speed, efficiency, and customer experience in the logistics and grocery delivery space. We are building a scalable, tech-driven business model and seeking a visionary Co-Founder & CTO to join our founding team and spearhead the technology strategy, product development, and innovation roadmap.

Role Overview

As Co-Founder & CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by building and scaling our core technology platform. This includes leading product architecture, system design, AI-driven innovation, and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for assembling and mentoring a world-class technology team while aligning tech vision with business goals and investor expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's long-term technology vision and roadmap.
Lead design, development, and deployment of the quick-commerce and logistics platform.
Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing technology team.
Create a robust and scalable technical infrastructure (backend, frontend, cloud, databases).
Ensure strong foundations in system performance, uptime, security, and scalability.
Implement best practices in data security, privacy, and compliance (aligned with Indian IT and data protection laws).
Drive product innovation through automation, data analytics, and AI.
Collaborate with founders, marketing, and operations to deliver business impact.
Communicate technology milestones, risks, and opportunities to the Board and future investors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in technology leadership roles (preferably in logistics, quick commerce, or e-commerce).

Proven track record of building and scaling technology platforms / products.

Deep expertise across cloud technologies, databases, architecture design, and product development.

Strong leadership skills with prior experience in hiring and managing tech teams.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
