We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent materials. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in advanced tools, and the ability to mentor and guide junior designers while contributing to strategic design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership : Oversee and manage all design projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative outcomes.
- Branding : Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all design outputs.
- Creative Direction : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and content teams) to conceptualize and execute designs that align with business goals.
- Mentorship : Train and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Project Management : Prioritize, schedule, and deliver multiple design projects within tight deadlines.
- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into the workflow when relevant.
- Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 3+ years of professional experience.Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in a variety of design projects (branding, UI / UX, marketing collateral, etc.).Exceptional creativity, visual skills, and attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of UI / UX design principles is a plus.Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Skills Required
