We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Retail Merchandiser to join our team and drive sales and profitability within our footwear department. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to maximize sales, optimize inventory levels, and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute merchandising plans in alignment with company objectives and seasonal trends.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with the buying team to select product assortments that meet customer demands and drive sales.
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing replenishment strategies.
• Ensure product presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and drive sales.
• Work closely with store managers and sales associates to provide product knowledge training and ensure consistent customer service.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Develop promotional strategies and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Utilize analytical tools and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
