This is for 1 year contract role with the scope of conversion into Permanent role based on performance.

NIIT is seeking a seasoned

Project Manager – Operations with 10–15 years

of experience to lead and manage CSOD implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects. The role requires strong ownership of project delivery, operational governance, financial management, SOW and invoice management, and stakeholder communication.

PMP Certification is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end CSOD implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects (LMS, LXP, Content, Reporting, Integrations).
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Ensure adherence to PMP-based project governance and best practices.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Drive UAT, go-live, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
