Role And Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting using the defined processes and procedures ensuring the client queries are solved
• Coordination with internal teams to provide a resolution to client queries
• To perform root cause analysis and provide correct resolution to the clients
• Interview clients
• Will need to work in rotational shifts
