Job Responsibilities -
End-to-end recruitment : Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
Candidate sourcing : Proactively source candidates using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
Stakeholder collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile -
Experience : Minimum 3 years Tech / Non-Tech recruitment, including direct interaction with clients and hiring managers.
Sourcing Expertise : Strong proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
Technical Skills : Solid command of Excel with strong data management capabilities.
Soft Skills : Exceptional communication, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
