Agency Recruitment & Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents; provide ongoing support and mentoring to enhance productivity and retention.
Sales Planning & Execution
Drive general insurance sales through the agency network by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.Training & Capability Building
Conduct regular training programs to improve agents product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance awareness, ensuring alignment with company standards.Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting of business performance and agent activities.Skills Required
