Skill : Amazon Lex

Work Location : Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

Experience : 4+ years

Role & Responsibility :

Design, develop, and deploy reusable Lex AI modules tailored to both immediate and future business needs.
Ensure all deployments are secure, scalable, and compliant with AWS architectural best practices.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners on platform enhancements.
Provide mentorship and hands-on knowledge transfer to build in-house engineering capabilities.
Support the evolution of Lex-based AI implementations from POC to production-grade solutions.
Document code, processes, and solution architecture to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
