Key Responsibilities

1. Travel Consultation & Client Understanding

  • Understand client preferences, travel style, pace, budget, dietary needs, and special requests.
  • Conduct detailed discovery calls to uncover what clients truly want.
  • Present options clearly and confidently.

2. Itinerary Design & Curation

  • Craft highly bespoke itineraries with immersive experiences, local touches, scenic routes, and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Research destinations, hotels, experiences, transfers, and curated add-ons.
  • Create visually appealing, structured itineraries aligning with Amaavi’s storytelling style.
  • 3. Coordination & Booking

  • Work with hotels, DMCs, local partners, guides, and internal teams to arrange all trip elements.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and restaurant reservations.
  • Prepare final travel documents in a polished, brand-consistent format.
  • 4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Offer proactive communication and updates to clients throughout planning and travel.
  • Build long-term relationships with Amaavi travellers and encourage repeat travel.
  • Keep a calm, solution-oriented attitude when handling unexpected travel issues.
  • 5. Operations & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Visa, Flights, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain data, records, and inputs in our internal trackers.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new destinations, experiences, and products.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel planning, operations, itinerary design, or customer-facing roles (freshers with a strong passion for travel may be considered).
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Good knowledge of global destinations
  • Strong sense of structure, organisation, and time management.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple clients & itineraries.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
