Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements, ensure site readiness, and recommend solutions.
  • Install products and systems according to company guidelines and client specifications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during and after installation.
  • Verify functionality and quality following installation.
  • Perform testing and necessary calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete installation reports, including details of completed tasks and any issues encountered.
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM as required.
  • Collect satisfactory reports from customers / clients.

Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Experience : Proven experience as an installation technician or in a similar role (e.g., Aluminium Fabricators, AC Installers, DTH / Fibernet Installers, RO Purifier Installations, Shed / Roofing, Carpenters, Electricians).

    • Skills :

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability to travel to client sites as needed within the city.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends if necessary.
