Job description

We are hiring a Relationship Manager to lead a team of agents, achieve sales targets, and help customers choose the right life insurance plans.

Role & responsibilities

  • Present yourself to clients and provide clear explanations of life insurance products.
  • Assist clients with post-purchase assistance and insurance renewals.
  • Hire and teach salesmen and consultants for insurance.
  • Encourage your group to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Encourage and lead your group to achieve greater results.
  • Give your management an update on your sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • 2 years of sales experience in any field, preferably in life insurance or finance.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-focused, and willing to work in the field.
